Exemption: Content Produced by Third Parties

shemalevideos.tv is not a "producer" (primary or secondary) of any visual matter depicting real or simulated sexual activity, explicit or otherwise, found on the website. With respect to such, the operators restrict their activities to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and/or formatting of the content provided by third-party users. All content that is supplied by third-party users is published on areas of shemalevideos.tv which are under the control of third-party users. For this reason, the operators and owners of shemalevideos.tv are exempt from compliance with Section 2257 records keeping and labeling obligations as expressed in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4).
